Michelle Hart

Michelle Hart

ACE Certified Personal Trainer :: Certified TRX Trainer :: RRCA Run Coach Certified :: CPR Certified :: Licensed & Insured

I believe in a balanced health and wellness program that you can do in the gym or at home. I’m from Omaha, NE, and I may seem to be “Midwest nice” but in actuality, I bring fierceness, drive, and motivation to the gym! . My fitness journey started young with an active family, and playing Soccer and Basketball. I am a proud Navy Wife for over 13 years and understand the challenges of finding the right fitness home. After moving multiple times throughout the years, continuing my fitness journey was a struggle.  However, that struggle quickly went away once I found the right fitness home (aka Gym/Studio) along with a good work/life balance. I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified TRX Trainer, RRCA Run Coach Certified, and have a passion for Kettlebell work.  With this strong training background, I will challenge and motivate you to maximize your fitness potential and bring out your best. I will push my clients to their limits, leaving nothing behind but hard work and sweat.
Fun Food Fact: favorite sweet treat Oreo Cookies, and I like to dip my french fries in vanilla ice cream 🙂
Fun Fitness Fact: I completed in a Full Iron Distance 140.2 Triathlon in 2012 (Rev 3 Cedar Point)… I love to Swim, Bike, Run and Lift.

Warren Skinner

Warren Skinner

NASM Certified Personal Trainer :: BS, Health Sciences, Trident University :: Crossfit Level 1 Trainer :: AMA BLS/AED :: Licensed & Insured

Warren will tell you that there is nothing special about him. He is a veteran of the military and that is where his fitness journey started. “Growing up I never played organized sports but through the military I realized the increasing importance of exercise/nutrition education and always being ready for anything.” He started where many young guys usually start in the gym…. upper body! Working out his arms, chest, back and neglected his little tiny legs. His time in the Navy gave him exposure to different fitness training plans and jobs, which helped him understand that he should be more well-rounded. As an Independent Health Care provider in the Navy it became even more relevant when he was taking care of military personnel. “Exercise and diet have an incredible effect on your body and many disease processes. You just have to commit to a lifestyle change.” Warren has been fortunate enough to work with some of the best Strength Coaches, Athletic Trainer’s and Physical Therapists in our military.   “You must resist the temptation to compare yourself with others who have different lives and different goals. Be the best version of yourself. Inspire others through your fitness dedication and always be humble. I love helping people and want to assist anyone who wants to increase their fitness and reach their goals.” He is a currently studying for his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification. Erin Simmons

Erin Simmons

NASM Certified Personal Trainer :: Bachelors & Masters Degree in Health Sciences from ODU :: NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist :: CPR/AED Certified :: Licensed and Insured

I believe health and fitness, as an entity, is the balance between mental strength and physical strength. I believe a balanced eating lifestyle accompanied by a balanced active lifestyle offers an opportunity to find the best inner and outer versions of “you”. It’s a progression of setting goals, reaching them or not reaching them and setting new goals; running that first 5k or marathon, completing a triathlon; getting that six pack (or eight pack); and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone to fit into that new suit, old jeans, little black dress, or tiny bikini. I believe I can help find the equation that gives you fast results. My personal health and fitness experience includes: completing several half marathons, Shamrock marathon, adventure style triathlons, Sandman triathlon, Allen Stone run-swim-run, X-corp adventure race, CrossFit Garage Games, kayaking, cycling, and hot yoga. In addition, I teach an ergonomics and exercise course at ODU with a focus in static posture occupations to prevent repetitive strain injuries, musculoskeltal disorders, promote muscle balance, and build core strength. I am currently studying for a Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification. Through endurance training, strength training, and a healthy eating lifestyle I’ve maintained weight loss and I’m in the best shape of my life. I believe there is an athlete in everyone. I want the opportunity to meet the athlete in you! top of page
