Hi! I’m Amanda Cabrera-Crowe, owner of TOC’s 24 hour Fitness Center, and I’d love to offer you a free week trial to check out our gym. We believe in changing lives through health and fitness. Whether you want to reach your goals through working out on your own, personal training, group classes, small group training, or through our online programs, our state of the art facility offers a wide variety of memberships for your convenience.
TOC is a 5,000 sq. ft. collegiate style strength and conditioning facility. Our aim is to provide a clean, state of the art facility for members of every level of fitness to reach their goals in a fun, yet challenging, atmosphere. We have extensive equipment for rehabbing an injury, top tier cardio options (Versa Climbers, Woodway Treadmills, Concept 2 Rowers, Assault and Spin Bikes), and equipment essentials for bodybuilding, powerlifting, speed, and Olympic lifting training. We also have 10 squat racks, bumper plates, TRX, free-weights, kettlebells, 2 ropes to climb, cable attachment stations, GHDs, tires to flip, weight vests, hurdles, wall attached bands for sprint work and more!
competition is our strength and conditioning program that our classes follow. This program is also available for our gym members to follow on a daily basis, free of charge.
We are conveniently located in the heart of Hilltop, across from Whole Foods. Our members have 24 hour key card access to workout at our gym.
