TomAfter training with Amanda, and putting in the extra time at the gym, I lost close to 30 lbs, 8 inches off of my waist and 11% body fat. She took the time necessary to explain and show me what I would need to do to make a lifestyle change. I had to adjust my eating habits and work hard outside of our training sessions, but it all paid off in the end. I served in the Navy for 23 years and retired as a Master Chief, so I have had my fair share of PT. My workouts were tough and never the same.
